I need something repaired at my rental property. Who do I contact?

Who do I contact if my rental property requires emergency work after business hours?

We realize there are times when emergency work will be required at your rental property while our offices are closed. That is why we provide a 24-hour response system for urgent situations such as hot water tank emergencies, freeze-ups, leaks, etc. Please call (709) 925.8280.

How do I book or rent a community facility?

To book one of our facilities for an event please call our Town Office at (709) 925.3335. For detailed information about facility rentals please click here.

Can I access the Community Weight Room after hours?

Yes, any resident age 18 + can sign-out a key for after hour access by contacting our Town Office at (709) 925.3335.

How do I book a tour of the underground power facility?

I’d like to have cable TV installed at my residence. Who do I contact?

How do I pay my cable bill?

To pay your cable bill please send check or money order made payable to CFSTVA (Churchill Falls Satellite Television Association) P.O. Box 252, Churchill Falls, NL, AOR 1AO. Current yearly fee is $300. (Cable fees may change yearly.)

Is there somewhere that provides printing and faxing services?

Yes, the Churchill Falls Public Library provides free printing and faxing services. The Public Library can be found in the Donald Gordon Centre.

Where can I find information about town policies and regulations?

Town policies and regulations can be obtained at the Town Office. Please call (709) 925.3335.

My organization is hosting a community event. Can we have it added to your Community Events Calendar?

We’d love to post your community event on our calendar! To help maximize participation, don’t forget to include details such as the Date, Time, Place and Contact Information. While we will make every effort to add your event on time, we ask you to allow us 10 days notice to upload your request.
