DESCRIPTION:The evacuations of summer 2024 have been unprecedented for our residents and employees at Churchill Falls. And while it was a time of uncertainty\, the resiliency and strength of our community was evident through everyone’s support\, actions\, and understanding. Through this\, we know that there are endless stories of kindness\, strength\, teamwork\, and comradery that occurred during this time–stories that are worth sharing. \nWe are planning a community event for the fall to bring everyone together to celebrate spirit\, strength\, and The Power of Community. As a part of the event\, we’d like to help share your stories and images in ways that capture the many positive accounts during this challenging time and how this community chose to be Churchill Falls Strong. This can be anything from an act of kindness toward you and your family\, the collaborative work between everyone\, to something or someone that may have inspired you. Nothing is too small to share with us. \nHelp us bring your stories to life\, along with your pictures and videos\, by emailing info@churchillfalls.ca by Friday\, August 30.
