Summer Program Modifications & General Information

We encourage you to review the information below to ensure you are aware of this year’s changes and expectations of families and participants. Being informed will help better ensure everyone’s safety and minimize any delays to your child’s registration and/or daily participation in our program. 

COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire

An online daily screening questionnaire for each participant is required daily prior to arrival in order to participate. For everyone’s safety, any child experiencing any symptom is expected to remain home.

Locations and Drop-off

To help reduce person-to-person contact, there will be multiple locations such as Curling Club, Arena, etc. for drop-off and pick-up. These will vary throughout the summer. Planning and the organization of groups are dependent on the number of registrations. (Register here). Details and instructions will be provided once registration is collected and organized.

We are unable to provide early drop-offs and late pick-ups this year. These times will be used to sanitize the facilites.

Participants cannot enter a location before 8am & 1pm. Entry will begin at these times and will be coordinated by staff in an organized fashion to minimize close gathering and to ensure social distancing.

*Important note: For everyone’s safety, we are unable to permit participants to arrive at varying times throughout the day. We understand that circumstances can arise. Please notify staff at least 24-hours in advance so we can work together to safely plan for a late arrival.

To minimize outside traffic and ensure we are within public health number limits and health measures, main entrances to locations will be locked once all participants arrive.

Participants will not be permitted to leave before the program early without a signed permission slip. If your child is permitted to leave at any time, please submit this permission slip. A screening questionnaire will be required upon re-entry on the same day.

Personal Belongings

Personal items such as toys and electronics are not permitted. Please send the required items only for the day’s activities. Please see required supply list here.

All required items MUST remain in the child’s zippered bag/backpack until it is needed and MUST be taken home at the end of each day.

Staff is not permitted to apply lotions (sunscreen/fly repellent, etc). Please have products applied before leaving home. To further ensure protection, we recommend these items are included in your child’s zippered bag. Ensure children can apply products on their own.

General Information

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4:30pm Friday: 8am to 3:00pm (early closure for cleaning & sanitizing). Closed each day from 12 to 1pm.
