ATV FREE ZONES – ABSOLUTELY NO PERMITTANCE

Staying safe is paramount to the enjoyment of trail riding. Some areas are just not safe for recreational riding.

Please note the zone between Caribou Street and Porcupine Street. This is an area with ongoing industrial activity and traffic.

Roadways and parking lots are strictly prohibited. Roadways are only permitted to cross where needed, and when safe to do so, to access approved trails.

Our trail map is designed to accommodate improved access for riders through various points in and out of town so they can safely avoid these areas.

BEFORE YOU RIDE:

Use the trail map to plan your route and become familiar with the ATV FREE ZONES. Whether you are riding in town or accessing out of town trails, this prevents you from mistakenly riding in non-approved zones ensuring safety, community enjoyment, and keeping our spaces groomed for other recreational activity.

Let someone know where you are going and when to expect you to return.

WHEN YOU RIDE:

Where a helmet—drivers and passengers.

Always operate at safe speeds.

Consider your neighbours and community members at large when riding near homes. Maintain safe distances and be mindful of children at play and pets.
