Canadian Navigable Waters Act

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its site and plans.

Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number, 11021, 11020, and 11019, a description of the following work, its site and plans:

Culvert installations on the Labrador Transmission Asset (LTA) in central Labrador in the following locations east of Cache River:

  • Water crossing (WC-93): 53.168760, -62.161960
  • Water crossing (WC-92): 53.163340, -62.149540
  • Water crossing (WC-91): 53.147600, -62.099360
