INFORMATION TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING A TOUR.
Health Advisory
Those wearing Pacemakers are unable to take part in the underground portion of our tour due to medical reasons. The underground facility has a high electrical magnetic field which may cause the heart to go out of rhythm.
Mobility Considerations
The underground portion of the tour involves extended walking on concrete, uneven surfaces, and narrow spaces. At present, this area is not wheelchair accessible and may present difficulties for individuals with limited mobility.
For the safety and well-being of all guests, individuals who require mobility assistance are respectfully advised not to participate in this portion of the tour. In the event of an elevator malfunction or an emergency requiring evacuation, access to and from the underground area may be restricted, and we must ensure that all guests are able to exit the area independently and safely.
Age Limitations
The minimum age to participate in the underground portion of the public tour is 12 years of age.
